The Golden Fox Ski competition should bring hords of ski fans to Pohorje this weekend for a feast of womens skiing.
133 women skiers from 28 countries, eight of them representing Slovenia, are set to some to Pohorje this weekend for the competition which will see a World Cup giant slalom take place on Saturday and a slalom race on Sunday.
The runs have been set up, nets are in place and visitors facilities all arranged - the piste has also been given the green light by the International Ski Federation who reported there was enough snow for the event to take place.
Slovenia's best skiers will be taking part - Tina Maze, who won last year's giant slalom at the Golden Fox, as well as Ana Drev, Marusa Ferk, Sara Globocnik, Katja Jazbec, Ilka Stuhec, Katarina Lavtar and Ula Hafner.
The organisers expect about 25,000 visitors on both days of the Golden Fox so get there early!!
