In April next year, the main Slovenian airport at Brnik will be closed for two weeks. In the meantime, all flights will be from Maribor and Portorož.

The reason for the closure is the reconstruction of the runway.

They will replace a supporting layer, the upper layer and light navigation system on the runway. This is the third stage of reconstruction. At first the work was supposed to take place only nights, but in this case the reconstruction would last up to 60 days.
