Slovenian organizers of U.S. pop star Madonna's concert, planned for Ljubljana's Stozice horse track ground on Friday have announced that it has been canceled.
The Madonna show, as part of her Sticky & Sweet world tour, scheduled for Aug. 20 in Ljubljana, was cancelled due to "unexpected logistical problems," the Live Nation promotion agency said.

The Slovenian news agency STA offered no details as to why the concert was cancelled.
