On Apr.28 in Continental hotel in Beograd (Serbia) the Golden Tourist Heart awards were given to most seccessfull ones in tourism of 2009 in South East Europe.

International center for tourism and hospitality development Sacen International visited the following countries for review: Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Monte Negro, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Cyprus, Tunisia , Malta and Greece.

Experts were reviewing professionalism of offered services, quality standards (eg. HASAP), hospitality, accessibility of destinations, marketing campains, quality of accommodation, security, the duration of the summer and winter tourist season throughout the year and diversity of tourist offer.
