Description:
Between 7 and 21 April the runway of the main Slovenian Airport, Joze Pucnik Airport, will be closed to air traffic. The reason for the closure is the reconstruction of the runway.
The entire runway will be renovated with new asphalt surface and the navigation lighting system will be replaced with cable connections.
The majority of traffic will be rerouted to the Maribor Airport during the runway renovation. Adria Airways has organised a free bus transfer from the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport to the Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport. Bus transfer schedule info is available on www.adria.si/mbx.
Turkish Airlines will not arrange special transport. Air France will operate flights from Trieste during this time. EasyJet, ČSA Czech Airlines, Montenegro Airlines and JAT Airways have cancelled all flights during this time.
