She did it. Tina Maze is the first slovenian skier to win silver medal in super G at Winter Olympics after independence of Slovenia. Austria's Andrea Fishbacher took the gold and Lindsey Vonn finished third.

"All hard work for all my career has been paid off", said Tina after the race. She had had an excellent starting number (22) and ideal conditions that she took advantage of.

With the medal her selfconfidence is higher than ever. She expects to win another medal for which Tina has two chances in upcoming races. We all hope that she wins both of them.
